Defective Product:
In the event of receiving a defective product, our policy allows for an exchange with a replacement. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products.
Exchange Procedure:
- Please contact our customer support for assistance in initiating the exchange process.
- The returned item must be in its original condition, with intact tags and packaging, and should not have been used.
- Upon receiving the item at our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted before processing the exchange.
- While trying on the product is permitted, please ensure it remains undamaged during this process.
Return Request:
To apply for a return, please send an email to support@milonails.com with the following:
- Clear and complete images of the product, including tags.
- Ensure that the product and its packaging are in proper, unused condition without any damage.
- A snapshot of the invoice.
Review and Approval:
Upon receiving your email, our team will review the request. Once approved, we will proceed with the exchange within 3-4 business working days.
