Defective Product:

In the event of receiving a defective product, our policy allows for an exchange with a replacement. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products.

Exchange Procedure:

  1. Please contact our customer support for assistance in initiating the exchange process.
  2. The returned item must be in its original condition, with intact tags and packaging, and should not have been used.
  3. Upon receiving the item at our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted before processing the exchange.
  4. While trying on the product is permitted, please ensure it remains undamaged during this process.

Return Request:

To apply for a return, please send an email to support@milonails.com with the following:

  • Clear and complete images of the product, including tags.
  • Ensure that the product and its packaging are in proper, unused condition without any damage.
  • A snapshot of the invoice.

Review and Approval:

Upon receiving your email, our team will review the request. Once approved, we will proceed with the exchange within 3-4 business working days.
