Welcome to Milo Nails ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.milonails.in and your purchase of our products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy, which form part of these Terms.
1. About our products
All Milo Nails press-on nail sets are handmade gel products, crafted individually in Mumbai. Because each set is made by hand, minor variations in colour, pattern placement, or finish may occur between the product photographed and the product you receive, and between individual nails in a set. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and are not defects. Product colours may also vary slightly due to screen and lighting differences.
2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where we identify an error in pricing or product information, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid in full to the original payment method. We make every effort to display accurate prices and information, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.
3. Custom orders
Custom nail sets are made to order based on the design references and details you provide. Price and design will be confirmed with you before production begins. Once production of a custom order has started, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. You are responsible for selecting the correct size; please use our size chart or contact us for sizing help before ordering.
4. Payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. For cash-on-delivery orders (where offered), the full amount is payable at the time of delivery.
5. Shipping, exchanges and cancellations
Shipping timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns are not accepted for hygiene and product-safety reasons; size exchanges and replacements for damaged or incorrect items are available as set out in our Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy, and must be requested within 2 days of delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
6. Safe use of products
Our products are intended for external cosmetic use on nails only. Please follow the application and removal instructions included with your set. If you have sensitive skin or known adhesive allergies, patch-test the glue before full application, and discontinue use if you experience irritation. Keep nail glue and small components away from children. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, incorrect application, or forceful removal of products.
7. Reviews and customer content
If you submit reviews, photos, or videos to us or tag us on social media, you grant Milo Nails a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content on our website, social media, and marketing materials, with credit where practical. You confirm the content is yours and does not infringe anyone else's rights. You may ask us to remove your content at any time by contacting us.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including our name, logo, product designs, photographs, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Milo Nails and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milo Nails' total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier and customs delays.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
