Processing & dispatch (India)
- Orders are processed within 2 working days.
- Every order is quality-checked and carefully packed before dispatch.
- Once shipped, tracking details are sent by SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
Delivery timeline (India)
- Standard delivery takes 2–6 business days depending on your location.
- Metro cities usually receive orders faster; remote locations may take slightly longer.
- Timelines may vary during festivals, sales, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. We also offer free shipping on selected offers and promotional campaigns.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier-partner issues beyond our control.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
International shipping
Every international order is handmade after you place it.
- Processing: 3–7 business days (your set is made to order).
- Delivery: estimated 15–30 business days. Customs, weather, holidays, or courier issues may cause delays.
- Customs & duties: any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
- Tracking: shared after dispatch.
- Address accuracy: customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
Handmade product note
Slight variations in colour or design are part of the handmade process, and product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Delivery timelines are estimates. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production begins, and customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size.
