Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

At Milo Nails, due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products.
However, we do offer exchange/replacement under specific conditions.

Exchange Accepted For:

  1.  Size Exchange : If the press-on nail size does not fit, we offer a size exchange.

  2. Damaged Product : If you receive a damaged product during transit.

  3. Wrong Product Received : If you receive the wrong item/design from what you ordered

Exchange Request Timeline  

  • All exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.

Exchange Charges 

  • A standard ₹150 exchange fee will be applicable for all approved exchanges.

    This helps cover reverse shipping, handling, and re-dispatch costs.

How to Request an Exchange : Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with

  1. Your Order ID-
  2. Clear unboxing video

  3. Photos of the product

  4. Reason for exchange

Without a proper unboxing video, damage claims may not be accepted.
