Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy
At Milo Nails, due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products.
However, we do offer exchange/replacement under specific conditions.
Exchange Accepted For:

Size Exchange : If the press-on nail size does not fit, we offer a size exchange.

Damaged Product : If you receive a damaged product during transit.

Wrong Product Received : If you receive the wrong item/design from what you ordered
Exchange Request Timeline
- All exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.
Exchange Charges
- A standard ₹150 exchange fee will be applicable for all approved exchanges.
This helps cover reverse shipping, handling, and re-dispatch costs.
